The hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of options. The free parking and Wi-Fi were a definite bonus. Additionally, the location was perfect being close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation.
The room had a strange odor upon arrival which was not resolved during my stay. Additionally, the room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

Very poor value for money. For such an expensive hotel, the room was small, and there was not even a showermat. Breakfast choice was limited and restaurant was very expensive and with little choice.

The location is nice and the staff was nice and polite
The hotel needs aircondition. We had 30 degrees celcius in the hotelroom during the night. At least every hotelroom need a fan to help reducing the heat on warm summerdays.

Vi ankom like før midnatt. Hadde booket dobbeltrom med sittegruppe og det hele. Ville også ha med en iskald øl på værelset. Det fikk vi, men fyren i rsepsjonen måtte ÅPNE flasken, ellers ville ha begå lovbrudd, sa han. Så inn på værelset; Et handicaprom!!! Men dusj uten gorheng og dass med grinder!! Jeg sa til resepsjonisten at dette måtte være en misforståelse. Han ble drittsur, men ga oss et annet rom. Det var knøtlite og luktet piss. Det hele minnet mest av alt om et landsens pensjonat. Gikk på do i fellesanlegget neste morgen. Der gikk lyset etter tre minutter (sikkert et Stordalen-spare-tiltak, husk-miljøet, Gunilla!!) Nei, det drar vi aldri mer

Convenient location and a good breakfast.
No bathmat, and when we asked for an extra towel to use as a bathmat were told it would cost us an extra 10 SEK. No desk in the room.

Very nice surroundings.
The rooms were worn and not very nice. Ok for a short stay, over night, but not for a weekend for a couple spending time away from home.

The friendliness of the staff made our relaxing stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and we really enjoyed drinks in the sun pre-dinner and two lovely meals at the restaurant. We wish we could have stayed longer - a truly relaxing experience.
The bathroom in our room was functional however relatively basic, being set up for handicap use. Clean and functional however.
